Better late than never.

After a few final legal items (escrow, title changes, some back and forth over liabilities), we officially own our first business.

As a reminder, we purchased a 20 year old plumbing business based in Montana.  The comapny has averaged $1mm of revenue over the past year and hasn't seen a negative impact from the covid-19 pandemic.

The seller of the business had organically bootstrapped the business to where it is today - and will be remaining with the business in a service manager style role.

The company has a stellar reputation in its region and consistently turns down work due to lack of availability.

Our key goals with the business include:

- Modernizing the tools and technology used
- Adding to the team to meet current demand
- Adding marketing automation to scale the inbound leads
- Adding new features and services to grow our addressable market

This transaction will instantly make us a profitable company on a go-forward basis... and we continue to look diligently for the next deal.
