Hey everyone,

We've been hard at work in the background finalizing our menu and putting the finishing touches on the space but I wanted to take a moment to share some great news with you all. Yesterday we finally received approval from the fire marshal and scheduled our health inspection! The health inspection is the last major thing standing between us and serving this amazing community.

In other good news, the past two Saturdays we held tastings (one for close family and one for local chefs). We are very grateful for those who came to critique us as we received some excellent feedback and have applied it to make our products even better. We've identified some potential top sellers and have already begun to focus our marketing efforts on those products. Our signature Sweet Heat sauce was a huge hit and we are genuinely excited for the opportunity to bottle it for our customers.

Lastly, today the governor announced that starting on Monday restaurants can operate at 75% capacity for indoor dining. This is a great sign things are trending in the right direction and wonderful since we will be able to responsibly open our dining room for more guests to get the full Bao Bros. experience.
