the Second Round of CityFreighter Inc.

Exciting weeks and Things are Moving

Guys,

it has been an exciting week. Our campaign went from 40k to 126K so far! Our European team held the kick-off meeting at our new Belgium partners' facility yesterday, with other team members participating via zoom.

It was very productive!

We welcomed three new team members, including a very knowledgable and experienced expert for European homologation who will help to speed up the process. In addition, we are working on finalizing a long-term commitment/partnership with a reliable lithium-ion battery supplier, and we are discussing a similar approach with a well-known air suspension supplier.

We discussed the overall plan and we are working on a detailed execution schedule. We identified our critical points as well. Setting up the ABS and ESP will become a major task (timewise + cost) and we are talking to our friends in the industry for advice on the best approach. But, as we are all aware, there are no problems, just solutions, right?

On a side note, I got an NIE (national interest exception) from the US Embassy to travel and I am really looking forward to flying to the United States next week, able to attend important meetings, and to re-meet team members in person.

Thank you so much for supporting CityFreighter. We are reading through all the comments and take even more motivation from those.

Please share the campaign with your friends. We still need every single dollar to move on efficiently.

Have a great weekend.

Michael
