We've raised $150,000 thus far from 214 investors. $100K and less than 60 days to go at a discounted valuation.

Invest in an early startup that is tackling the largest cause of infant death in the world.

We are more than halfway through our campaign with less than 60 days left and $100K remaining at our special discounted valuation.

Invest in Amnion Life, a startup which can change the field of neonatology and future of preterm infant care and tackle the leading cause of infant death globally This week, Japan's patent office found all claims in Japan's Amniobed application as novel and non-obvious and we've been granted the Japanese patent. Together with two US patents and the Chinese patent granted earlier, we are now the leader in the field of the artificial womb and at the forefront of neonatal care in the 21st century. Preterm birth is the #1 cause of infant mortality in the United States. Per WHO, it is the leading cause of children's death below the age of 5 years, beating any infectious disease. Help us eliminate this greatest cause of pain and suffering for infants and mothers across America and the World.

With previous investments, we:

  • Built R&D facility and put together a dedicated full-time engineering team
  • Designed, developed, sourced, and procured nearly two hundred FDA quality parts for building and testing our prototypes.
  • Designed and patented the Artificial Placenta
  • Completed the design and development of Amniobed Golden Hour
  • Amniobed patent in China submitted, granted and issued
  • 2nd US patent on Amniobed granted and issued to broaden the claims to include adult-size patients
  • Patent applications submitted in Europe, India, and Australia

We have room for $100,000 investments using the significant discount to $7.5M cap. This is a limited discount and your opportunity to invest in a company at a very early stage. The Problem:

  • 25% - 78% of very preterm infants in the US and 53% of very preterm infants in a large European study had hypothermia in 1st hour of life.
  • Hypothermia in the first hour of life which is called the 'golden hour' is associated with an increased rate of death within 72 hours as well as multiple significant negative outcomes such as brain hemorrhages, necrotizing enterocolitis, and sepsis.

Amnion Life has the potential to:

  • Revolutionize the field of neonatology
  • Eliminate the #1 cause of infant death and suffering in America and across the world.
  • To be a Unicorn with a $1B exit.

Be a part of this journey and through your investment, help us change the world for the tiniest and most vulnerable human beings on earth. Don't forget that Wefunder allows investments via IRA funds.
