I got these beauties from the SARC, the Sustainable Aquaculture Research Center located on Georgia Southern’s Armstrong Campus. These beautiful habanero peppers have never touched soil. They were grown aquaponically and fertilized naturally with waste from tilapia being raised at the facility. These are truly organic peppers. This batch was used to create the next installment of Savannah Sauce Company’s Zombie Apocalypse ketchup line. I am pleased to introduce Zombie Psychedelic Ketchup!
