First, I want to thank each and every one of our investors for the tremendous support of GroGuru and our vision to make the world a better place through more sustainable farming practices, and helping farmers make more money and increase crop yields while more efficiently using water and other scarce resources.

Our WeFunder equity crowdfunding campaign is in the final stages and will close this Saturday, August, 8th at midnight.

Please like, comment, and share this LinkedIn post with your network and let's finish this campaign strong!

It has been very successful, and we sit at $1.84M raised so far! We have over 1,600 investors and the average check size is over $1,000, even though we set our minimum at $100. Raging Bull/Startup Camp is our lead investor, and they have been a terrific partner throughout this campaign. I also want to give a shout-out to our marketing firm, Arora Project, for the great work they have done on our feature video, WeFunder home page, and our ad campaign.

We will have one last push over the next few days and are working to break $2M! This financing puts us in a strong position to continue to execute on our strategy moving forward. We will continue to be frugal while executing on key sales expansion and product development priorities.

As I mentioned in a prior update, GroGuru has secured a SBIR (Small Business Innovation Research) grant from the USDA-NIFA (United States Department of Agriculture - National Institute for Food and Agriculture) for Cyber Agriculture. The phase one grant that we have been awarded is for $100k. This grant has the potential for a seven-figure follow-on grant in 2022.

GroGuru will be presenting at three key conferences in late August and September and all of them have now been converted to virtual events. They include:

Plug and Play Fargo AgTech Demo Day - Fargo

OCTANE TIF (Technology Innovation Forum)

Forbes AgTech - SVG-Thrive Demo Day

Thanks again for all of your support! Farmers continue to farm, and they need us now more than ever!
