Backers and followers, we have continued to see rapid growth through the month of July. We are happy to report that we have seen a 70 percent growth in active subscriptions over the past 30 days. We don't expect this trend to slow down in August.  

As previously mentioned, moving forward, we are increasing our focus on content creation and distribution. The creation and publication of unique content provides increased search value, making it more likely that Tribe Pilot is discovered by our target user base online. Beyond the search benefits, unique and engaging content activates our existing and prospective users, strengthening their connection with our brand. . And the type of content we’re creating is unique within the outdoor industry; Instead of detailing adventures and expeditions inaccessible to the majority of outdoorspeople, we're focusing on useful, actionable content and guides that teach our users skills to aid them in the outdoors. In fact, we’re making these guides available offline within the app, should our users need a refresher in the field. Check out this tracking guide to get a flavor for what we’re creating. In terms of software development, our team is working their way toward in-app content feeds; soon, everything you see on our website blog will also be available within the app. Furthermore, subscribed Pro users will be able to download this content (pro feature) and take the guides with them on adventures, even without internet access. Think first aid skills, knot tying, animal track identification, cloud identification and weather reading, plant identification… all designed to add value to the a trip, and consequently driving loyalty to the app, and therefore upgrades.

Regarding upgrades, in July we saw the rate at which our users convert to Pro increase significantly. We are now exceeding conversion rate goals set for 2020 by more than 20 percent.

Happily, our increased focus on marketing is driving more users to download the app and upgrade to a Pro account. And as our search ranking improves, and as we drive more awareness through social media, we will scale at an increasingly faster rate. As we scale our new users are becoming our advocates; Our data shows that our existing users are inviting their friends and family to become users of the app. In fact, in July 20 percent of our new users were recruited by existing users. Armed with this knowledge, we’re planning a number of initiatives designed to increase the rate of this viral spread.

Lastly, we are past halfway to our minimum raise in our Wefunder campaign. We’re still offering an early bird deal, and early bird investors are receiving some great perks. We’re continuing to raise on that platform, while at the same time growing subscription revenue and continuing to self fund.
