The remainder of the purchase price is being financed by the seller over 6 years (at a 5% interest rate).
We've conducted deep research on local growth opportunities (via expanded digital marketing and adding new services) and looked into regional expansion opportunities leveraging our company's strong brand.
Our research shows that the regional residential plumbing market is set to grow at ~8% per year over the next 5 years.
While we can’t speculate on our post-acquisition performance (due to legal restrictions), we can share that we grew our last home services business by 80% in less than 8 months (see the prior update).
