First Robotic Delivery! More units shipping this week!

Just wanted to share this awesome video of our very first, semi-autonomous robotic delivery in San Diego. In partnership with Piaggio Fast Forward (they make the Vespa Scooter), AtYourGate will be testing 8 Gita Robots across our expanding airport network. The robots provide us with another level of safety when it comes to contactless delivery, as you will see in this video. Gita also makes us more efficient, and it can carry 10-12 meals. Finally, it's really cool! Passengers absolutely love it, so it will be great PR as well. Look for more updates and new airport openings (big ones!) in the coming days!

Gita Robot is so cool. I can only imagine when a kid see robot. They are going to want to play with it. Gita is a game changer. All the talk will be about At the Gate app and service and who delivery the food which is Gita robot. Everybody is going to want this robot in their house or office or school. Gita will be everywhere. I don't know if it can talk and hold conversation because it will be even better. It will be like Kit the night rider.
Really cool and will get attention, I'm sure. Careful not to spread resources too thin.

Hi Marvin - the Gita units actually didn't cost us any money at all! This is a pilot program that runs until the end of April with our partners, Piaggio Fast Forward. Zero cost to us.
