The new brewery will have a large 20ft by 20ft by 9ft high walk-in /drive-in refrigerator.  Commercial units of this size can run in excess of $30,000 and require expensive customizations. To keep this cost down we decided to build our own.  This will save us an estimated $20,000 dollars on the brewery build out! Plus, it will allow us to complete the build out quicker.  Framing for the walk-in will be completed this week.
