Yesterday, highly regarded, but lightly raced colt, Cezanne, trained by Bob Baffert won an optional claiming race at Los Alamitos. Trained by Bob Baffert and purchased for a cool $3.7 million, he is one to watch. Cezzane was 19-1 in the recently closed Pool 5 of the Derby Future Book.

Also yesterday, Creed, trained by Shug McGaughey won an allowance race at Belmont Park. When interviewed, McGaughey was non-committal to his next race but would consider a race at Saratoga. Creed was 54-1 in the recently closed Pool 5 of the Derby Future Book.
