Fuego Fino is a women-led a progressive wine and spirits company. Its S.W. Expansion plan includes increasing their footprint in alcohol distribution by acquisition and expansion of licensing. Today’s deal finalizes negotiations to purchase the assets of AZ Spirits Distribution.

AZ Spirits Distribution was formed in 2018. It has a client list of over 150 merchants and partnered with dozens of alcohol brand owners. Its products range from rare Japanese Whisky to Mezcal and alcoholic beverage imports from Mexico.
