But this week, we want to celebrate a big milestone for one of our resident FORGE teams, Stackhouse.

Stackhouse is a Tucson-based real estate venture working to make home ownership more affordable, and downtown living more accessible.

They chose to fundraise in this capacity to extend an opportunity to their supporters to share in their success and join them as they radically shift the homeownership landscape across the country!

• Their first vertical container community is slated to have 5 floors docking 49 container homes, 50%+ are already reserved with a $100 deposit. Their proprietary tower will provide each container access to all utilities: internet, water, electric, waste.
• They have submitted building plans to the City of Tucson and are on target to welcome home residents in Q1 2021.
• They are submitting Letters of Intent to purchase property in Seattle and San Antonio this week and are also working on locking down locations in Denver and Austin.
