We're nearly complete with integrating a jobs board to highlight many of the remote positions clients tried to post in our freelance marketplace😇. With the new UI companies will also be able to target our diverse community with traditional job postings.

We initially launched @Incluzion as our own version of #Upwork a freelance marketplace that drives work to Women, Black & Latinx freelance talent. We will continue to grow the marketplace & build a dataset for an algorithm to power marketplaces of others

We pivoted during hashtag#covid to launch @FlexCon. A bi-monthly conference connecting professionals to expert speakers around flexible work. We'll also be hosting several digital speed networking events..
