A short update after another productive and exciting meeting with our contracted tenant for the “Bauman” site facility.  The tenant is in the top tier of US protein producers yet still family owned with revenues exceeding $1bn.  Russ has a lifetime relationship with the family as a 3rd generation feed mill owner nearby their headquarters.  Russ’s family currently leases other facilities to the very same tenant paving the way for a very easy going and friendly landlord/tenant relationship.
