We’ve come a long way at Amnion Life towards the dream of building a better infant incubator for preterm infants. In the last three years, we’ve done the design and development of Amniobed, the first infant incubator utilizing synthetic amniotic fluid.
With Amniobed, we have the potential to prevent hypothermia in preterm infants and reduce the largest cause of infant mortality in the United States and across the World. More preterm birth infants die as the result of inadequate medical devices than death from any infectious disease.
We’ve raised $1.5 million thus far and have been able to hit a number of big milestones. We are at a critical juncture in the company in part due to the COVID 19 financial situation and I’m targeting $125,000 in investments by the end of June to take advantage of a few key opportunities.
Amnion Life has the potential to:
- Become a $1 Billion cap company with 50x to 100x return on your investment at the current valuation.
- Save countless preterm infant lives and prevent life-long scarring and suffering such as brain or organ injuries in millions of other infants who do survive their NICU stay.
- Change the field of neonatology with the most innovative medical devices in 100 years such as Amniobed and Artificial Placenta.
In the next 3 years, we’re looking to
- Obtain CE mark for sales and marketing in Europe and licensing agreements for marketing and sales in China (patent issued) and Japan (patent pending).
- Perform clinical trials to prove efficacy and superiority of Amniobed over current technology and obtain FDA approval.
- Become the standard of care for preterm infants.
Thus far in our campaign, we’ve managed to raise $70,000 towards our goal of reaching $250,000. We feel that the future is bright and we’d love to share the upside of what we’re doing with you.
