We identified CRM platforms that are so confusing that they have several books and training courses explaining how to use the platforms…. these books even suggest hiring experts and specialists – really!

It is evident (from these videos) that even cats and primates can easily use well designed software (thanks Apple!)..… in contrast, some software platforms sure look like they are designed to test users’ patience and abilities – like a game of endurance and skill with no reward at the end!

Luckily for many, DAN is now learning the ins and outs so you don’t have to….all you have to do is ask DAN and get what you need :)
