We wanted to let you know that on Monday May 4th, we will increase the minimum investment in Quadrant Biosciences from $300 to $501 (167 shares at the $3/share price). This modest increase will bring us more in line with other similar investments, while still maintaining a minimum price that should be accessible to the average investor.

So, if you were thinking of making a minimum investment at the original $300 amount, please do so before May 4th. And as always thank you for your continued support of Quadrant Biosciences.
