Greetings All! We hope everyone is staying safe during these interesting times we are in indeed ๐๐พ. Itโs been an adventurous 3 months of the year so far and we hope it's been the same for you. Please see below for key updates from our team so far this year:
- We launched our informative blog (divercity.io/blog) in February (we amassed over a thousand readers and followers in no time); subscribe here
- We became profitable as a company after placing our first several candidates ever at the end of last year
- We are on pace to seeing cashflows of roughly $30K-$60K/month+ at the early stage of our diversity staffing ramp-up in the coming months, which may be slightly stifled by current recession
- Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, our biggest client, Thumbtack, has frozen all contracts including ours though there are still many opportunities for us to seek out
The focus for Q2 will be in building out the applicant tracking system on the platform, closing some new staffing contracts, and making some placements to get more incoming revenues; our main goal for the year 2020 is to develop and grow the divercity.io platform to become a platform worth paying for by companies looking for diverse talent. Our team is holding strong.
