TEMPLE I PROGRESS: Construction during COVID

While we’re at it, here’s a quick peek at TEMPLE I, our AI-powered student housing building right by Temple University. (Here’s a Forbes article about the project.)

In spite of COVID, we’ve continued to build and are on pace to finish the building this fall—well in time for the spring semester and at a $2M+ valuation.

RANDOM UPDATES: We have LOTS of new movements on the business side. For one, we have officially cleared the 500-investor threshold. In addition, we have MASSIVE partnerships (+ app launch date) to announce this week.
