Q1 2020 MILESTONES HIT

-ALL TIME HIGH monthly revenue in January of $330,000 (10x increase year over year compared to Jan 2019!)

-ALL TIME HIGH Quarterly revenue of $681,000 (208 % increase from Q4 2019 to Q1 2020)

-ALL TIME HIGH $302,000 in online sales, a 10,566 % increase year over year compared to Q1 2019

Distribution wise we have secured the following national  nd regional retailers that have recently or are going to bring Genius Juice in stores very soon.

-Whole Foods Northeast Region
-Publix (600 locations launching in June)
-Costco (Los Angeles region - estimated July launch in test stores)
-HEB (70 locations launching in June)
-New Season’s/New Leaf (24 locations launching in July)

We are projecting a revenue of $6.2M this year and are on track to do so.

This will be nearly a 9x increase from 2019 to 2020.

We are growing rapidly and need to raise even more capital to take advantage of the opportunities and realize our potential. The demand for our product in these times are at AN ALL TIME HIGH, and we need more capital to fulfill orders and keep product on shelf. We are also increasing our production by 2-x in the coming months with our suppliers to also meet the high demand both in retail and online.
