You may have noticed that today (March 31) is the closing date of our current offering (under Regulation A+). Don’t panic - we have already made plans to extend our offering into the Summer.

The company filed, on March 12, 2020, an amended offering circular with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to extend the closing date of this offering to June 30, 2020.
