The new year has been a busy one for Aptera! Our engineering groups in San Diego, Los Angeles, Nevada, Canada, and Slovenia are all working hard to bring the first new Apterae to life.

In San Diego, we've started outfitting our 3D print lab to begin tooling some of the first new vehicle parts. Our biggest new FDM printer can print parts 1.2 meters long and .6m tall. It will be great for tooling parts like our wheel covers and of lot of our interior parts.

And our SLA resin printers can build smaller parts with great detail. These are great for prototyping parts with tight tolerances so we can test them before we release the part for metal tooling. Here are some SLA test prints of the "perks" we are working on for all our GREAT investors. They aren't finished yet! But we hope to start sending stuff out to investors next month. We will be in touch with info.

In Canada, we are working on interior refinements and in Nevada, we are working on subframe and body system developments. With our Los Angeles and Slovenia team working to finalize suspension configurations with our new in-wheel motors. 

This work is all in an effort to begin releasing parts to tooling very soon. Enabling us to start building our first development vehicles over the next few months. Then we will begin our testing and validation program. It will be a lot of work but the effort is coming together nicely!
