We're thrilled to see the traction the campaign has been getting over the last month. We want to capitalize on our momentum as much as possible. Instead of closing the campaign fully on November 30th, we're keeping the fund open until January 31st and doing a rolling close.

People who invest by November 30th will have their funds transfer out of escrow to Bellwether Housing and begin earning interest on December 1st, as originally planned. People who invest between December 1st, 2019 and January 31, 2020 will have their funds transferred to Bellwether and begin earning interest on February 1st. Everyone will get their first interest payments at the end of Q1 2020.
