Go For Vertical

Exciting news from Phoenix!

It’s been just under 6 months since Go For Vertical expanded from Tucson into Phoenix, and what a six months it’s been! We’ve launched our CLIMB Accelerator for early-stage startups here, and our first inaugural class is halfway though the program. In December, we’ll have a showcase event for them at the yearly Entrepreneur Extravaganza, and the first batch of G4V Phoenix startups will be off and running.

Once they’ve graduated, we'll of course continue to work with them, because that’s what Go For Vertical does best: we help startups build technology and go to market. It’s rewarding and challenging work, but we have our Vertical process that makes it all possible in a structured, manageable way. We’re really looking forward to working with them all, and taking their startup ideas and technology as far as they will go.

And that actually brings us to some big news about what we’ll do next in Phoenix: starting in January 2020, we won’t be doing this just with our CLIMB graduates here. We’re incredibly excited to be launching phase two of our Phoenix expansion, and to announce that we will soon be able to help early-stage startups throughout the Phoenix area with Vertical.

It’s a big missing gap in the Phoenix ecosystem: hundreds of startups here are able to benefit from startup programs like Venture Devils and SeedSpot every year, but then they have the problem of having to deliver complicated technology and to find the right path to take them to market. That’s exactly with we do at G4V, and we’re ready to scale it to the hundreds of startups that launch here every year.

And we’ll be doing it all with your support. Our Wefunder campaign will help us to continue the development of the online version our Vertical framework. That’s how we’ll be able to reach startups throughout the Phoenix area wherever they are at, and allow us to also expand Vertical well beyond Phoenix, to new and emerging tech markets everywhere.

So thanks again for your support here on Wefunder! We couldn’t be doing this without you.

Best,
