No objections and Planning Board Approval of BMTC

I want to thank the investors who attended the Planning Board Meeting at Babylon Town Hall. I'm pleased to announce Black Momma Tea & Cafe received Approval for a Restaurant, Bar & Cafe use from the Town Planning and Development Board. People do not realize the work, time & energy which goes into Site plan, Drainage calculations, Engineering Design and Waste Water Management. Everyone sees what goes on...on the surface but do not realize what goes on... behind the scene. So as a retired Structural Civil Engineer/ CM who has rebuilt construction projects after 911 worth over 1 billion for the Government. You would think this is a piece of cake. 😍

So do not forget that things have to proceed behind the scenes in order proceed with the things you see upfront.

Trust the process and watch how we can change communities. When the people from the community, the planning board , customers and investors believe in BMTC it over powers those who dont believe and have doubt.

There's a higher power and it's not sarcasm, its transformative change This is real and I'm bringing us to the table.
