Dear Friends and Investors,

In these times of anxiety and worry, I wanted to wish you all health and peace.

I was going to give some important updates on Amnion, including two events we were planning in Los Angeles and Orange County and present the research and development we've done on Amniobed Golden Hour to prevent transitional hypothermia immediately after birth in the golden hour of life, a significant problem for preterm infants globally.

But instead, I am going to take this opportunity to remind you to stay home and if you are going to leave your home, please take all recommendations and precautions provided by authorities.  Please use this time of difficulty as moment of reflection and have those most affected in mind.

P.S. We are finalists again this year for the 2020 Stanford-UCSF Pediatric Device Consortium Competition on March 30th.  I believe it may still go on as an online competition. If so, I will provide an update so that you can log in and watch the event. It's a great honor to make it as a finalist again this year. It is a Shark Tank style competition between the most important new pediatric medical devices under development. We presented Amniobed last year and won 3rd place.   This year, we are finalists again with Amniobed Golden Hour.
