A lot of people have asked us what we think our future valuation will be. I believe that based on our product and patent portfolio, it is possible that the new valuation for accredited investors will be between 450-500 million. With this in mind, the individual share value will substantially increase. Suffice to say that this is very good news for both our company and you!

This is the final day that you are able to invest in this raise. Since we've gotten a lot of new investors, I am quoting this important info,

“We are closing our current round because we believe that the valuation at which we are selling securities in this round is too low given recent milestones that our company has achieved. We believe this in part because our product portfolio now includes golf robots, healthcare assistance robots and other products that were not considered when we arrived at the valuation for this crowdfunding round. We have also received non-binding private investment offers from certain interested parties at a higher valuation.

With this in mind, we are planning to raise capital in another round at a higher valuation in a private placement with accredited investors only under Rule 506(c). We expect that we will be offering securities at a higher valuation in this next offering. At this point, you are still able to invest at the current valuation which involves an $18M valuation cap through our wefunder campaign, but you will not be able to continue to invest at this valuation after this round closes in 3 days.

As an investor and partner in our business, we believe that your share value will increase after this second raise, because of the higher overall valuation. This is very beneficial to our company and to anyone who has invested at this stage. The current individual share value is 2.00 per share and that will increase substantially with the next raise.”
