9. 3. E-commerce Store Manager & Customer Loyalty Lead: We’re growing our team, recruiting starts next week! Their job is to make sure things run as smoothly as possible making subscriptions easy, convenient and flexible and ensuring all your needs are met.

15. 5. Improved “Concierge Service”: This is the term we use to describe how we serve you. When it comes to our service and products, our job is to make your life easier and help you in every way we can. You’ll see and “feel” several initiatives in this area rolling out soon.
