So what has contributed to this big month?

• Walmart re-orders are coming in steadily now after they moved through their initial load in order from last year, so we expect to see a more even Q3. 

• Our newest chain foodservice customer Wings Etc (80+ locations) has just taken their first order. We have to more similar-sized chains slated to receive first orders by end of the beginning of August. 
• New regional foodservice distributors have started ordering
• Between Elaine and our retail broker network, all independent retailers sales are up

August is already shaping up to be strong with PO's for more than $34,000 already in the books. 

I am beginning the process of hiring sales VP's for both retail and foodservice channels hope to have them on board by Q4.
