The building next to our Portland brewery was recently acquired by a local developer, who we've struck a deal with. We’re working with them to seismically retrofit the building to ultimately double the footprint of the brewery, increase production from 7,000 to 20,000 barrels annually, and substantially increase the capacity of the retail component. Our first activation of the space includes a 2,500 SF rooftop patio, which will be activated year-round as a second bar as well as a private event space. We will also transition our kitchen over to this new building.

Seismic retrofit is underway, as is the underground plumbing related to the downstairs retail and kitchen areas. Next up, structural for the first ever elevator in a Modern Times property!
