The Building Opportunity Campaign is off to a strong start this summer!
We've had almost 75 investors the campaign in June and July. It's incredible to see the progress and enthusiasm from #BuildingOpportunity supporters. We're having so much fun everyday seeing new investors appear.

Our launch event at the Spheres and innovative approach have gotten fantastic press attention, such as:

• Seattle Tries Crowdfunding to Solve Tech-Driven Housing Shortage
• With support of Amazon, new fund lets everyday tech workers invest in affordable housing

Bellwether Housing was named one of 20 nonprofits benefiting from the Amazon match program. That means that Amazon (or Whole Foods) employees who invest by September 30th will have their contribution matched with a 1:1 donation from Amazon.

Thank you so much to our first wave of investors! Your sense of responsibility to our community, to creating affordable housing, and to making our neighborhoods of opportunity accessible to all is truly inspiring.
