Our Santa Barbara Tasting Room will mostly closely resemble Encinitas, with a main bar, restaurant, and mini mart. There are a few twists though, including a generous outdoor patio that adds another 50% to the footprint of this project, as well as the fact that the larger building will be shared with two of Santa Barbara’s most successful food/bev operators. This multi-tenant project has been approved by the city, and our co-tenants have recently opened to great fanfare. Expect to see the usual bevy of great beverages from Modern Times, as well as a food menu comparable to what our other kitchens are putting out. We look forward to opening this northernmost outpost in Stone Distributing’s footprint, who is our #1 distributor.
