As I'm sure you have already seen, we have elected to extend our fundraising round until April 30th.  

The reason for extending the round was due to 1) a two-month delay in construction due to our health permitting delays and 2) increased construction costs due to additions put in place by the health department (the addition of a trash room, and additional finishing work).  

Fortunately the health department has cleared our permit and our plan set is now final, meaning we have a maximum budget for the project in place with our general contractors.  

We are currently targeting a July 16th completion date and will plan to hold our investor Grand Opening Party the week of August 1st.
