LEAD matches employees with certain metrics such as common interests via its smart algorithm. LEAD facilitates employees to discover interesting people and mentoring opportunities in their organizations for career development through automatic matching and organic searching. Employees can find a sense of belonging in their organizations — thereby increasing retention. LEAD can be used for new hiring onboarding, team building, and casual, speed, reverse, or formal mentorship programs. LEAD provides managers with program reports and cultural analytics that give valuable insight into various clusters of employees and hidden trends.
We are not trying to build a useless HR tool. We want to create something that makes a real impact. This only works if it resonates with our users and makes it easier to meet, collaborate, and measure your people interactions.
LEAD is being developed alongside neuroscientists, social behavior experts, and business leaders to better matches, increase diversity, productivities, employee experience, and secure talent.
LEAD collects initial user data from HRM systems such as Workday or communication channels such as Slack and LinkedIn, or users’ input on LEAD, in to make initial matching metrics work. LEAD analyzes people’s behavior trends based on users’ actual activities. For people who are open to mentoring, LEAD handles personality profile matching, goal setting, accomplishment tracking, collaboration, and survey deployment as well.
We're leveraging a team with deep experience in machine learning, AI, and NLP to gain actionable insights from this data. We anonymize data and report it at the team level so decision makers can improve workplace happiness and performance.
