## Story
Investors investment will be split evenly into all four projects and will own percentage of the film based on the budget. For example: If you invest $100k, $25k will be invested into each project. If one movie has a budget of $1 million then you will have 2.5%.Net profits will be 50/50 in perpetuity.Blacklist Review:“...an incisive and hilarious coming of age story...able to build a complex psychological portrait of toxic ambition...a heartbreaking dramedy...a unique hook...a compelling and layered protagonist....a fascinating character to build a film around”We also have Jay Burnley's Slated(www.slated.com) attached as executive producers for 'Silver'. They have made films with Samuel L. Jackson, Uma Thurman, and many more. They were also involved with Oscar nominated The Sound of Metal and Peanut Butter Falcon. Our script scored a high 76 on their website which is one of the top scripts there and a financial score of 86. They project a base projection of theatrical revenue of $3.5 million based on their analysis.Film 3 we will be taking fan input. This means that we'll have three to choose from and we will have our investors and fans vote for which of the three they are most interested in. One will be selected.Investors can pitch one film idea for the slate: We will review the submissions and select 7 finalists, who will be invited to pitch us live. We will then select three winners and put it in our top 3 choices. From there we will have an investor vote and the winning film will be the one produced. The winner will also be a co-creator entitled to an individual credit on the picture. We want our fans to have a say as that's why we make films. To move audiences and to create an experience for the viewer. ## FAQ
1. **Will these films go straight to SVOD , AVOD ? or will they have a chance at a Theatrical release ?**
   - No matter what we will do a theatrical release. If we don't find distributors that want to do theatrical then we will do theatrical ourselves and go direct to cinemas. This is a good case study to read in how self distribution theatrically can be very successful and how we would do it as well if distributors don't want to do a bigger theatrical release: indiewire.com/news/b…analysis-1235100999
2. **How might investors calculate there percentage of the net profits ? Of the 50/50 split what formula can one use to calculate there pro rata portion ?**
   - Investors will get 50% of net profits of each film. Each film's budget is different, so for example if one is $500k then once that film hits past that it goes into net profits and investors start getting 50% based on their portion. Each investment gets split evenly between the films. So if you invest $20k then each film will have $5k invested for their portion. Overall this makes it a much safer bet than just one film. If one film is a home run then you could get all your investment back and ...
3. **Hello, I see the first goal was hit, but still able to invest. When do you plan on closing the investment funding?**
   - Hey Michael we have closing scheduled June 28th, so little over a month. We'd ideally like to cross $150k. Let me know any other questions!
4. **Hello again, sorry if I missed the answer to this question somewhere, but do we have a target date/goal for the release of all 4 projects? Thanks**
   - Hey yes the target is to release one per year. With the first one going into production end of this year/Q12026. Then 1 a year after that!
5. **What is the difference between an "equity investor" and an "investor" and why are they farther up the food chain for returns?**
   - They're the same. Everyone invested here first gets the return plus 20% in the waterfall. Then after when it gets to net profits it splits into 50/50 net profits. We have initial return +20% above talent bonuses so investors can get paid back quicker their initial investment. But all Wefunder investors are in both.

## Q&A
- Q: Hello, I see the first goal was hit, but still able to invest. When do you plan on closing the investment funding?
  - A: Hey Michael we have closing scheduled June 28th, so little over a month. We'd ideally like to cross $150k. Let me know any other questions!
- Q: How might investors calculate there percentage of the net profits ? Of the 50/50 split what formula can one use to calculate there pro rata portion ?

If one film is a home run then you could get all your investment back and profit off just one film. And vice versa, if one film does not do well revenue wise then you still have 3 other shots to get all your investment back.
