Investors there have failed to see a return there because the controlling interests have no visible intention to sell the company and appear only interested in reinvesting to push their own agenda. As a matter of fact, although it was marketed to investors as a free speech platform, the bias of the founder has led to a narrowing customer base. What is the exit strategy? Is there a clear path for investors?
  - A: hi Cody, let me answer both questions. First off the AI is geared toward conservatives who have been censored or even canceled for their points of view. the woke is attempting to create a one-sided dialogue leaving out over 50% of the American public. At least in Chat, we are trying to give the conservative point of view instead of what Chat GPT is promoting (very woke). This must be countered. We don't want our children and their children to believe in the nonsense of the woke party. The Chat is not perfect but it was the best we could do and we spent a lot of money turning a Woke chat into something that gives users a decent and more truthful response. As for capital invested, there are two ways of exiting the project. The first is to sell it outright to a friendly third party. It's way too early to do such a thing and we manage to maybe make a small profit. The better way is to grow the company in the next few years and exit by selling the company to a friendly source with the same vantage point of conservatives. The second strategy which I prefer is to go public and allow investors to profit from the sale to the public. I hope this answers your questions. We decided early on that we wanted to make this a potential source of investment for unaccredited investors. This was afforded in the Jobs Act which allowed some investors prior to going public a chance to invest early on. The minimum by law for such an investment is $100 dollars.
