## FAQ
1. **Will there be a cell phone-based app for TribeVest? I'm currently using TribeVest and love the platform. Looking forward to being a user and an investor.**
 - Hi Seko! Yes, our mobile app is currently in development and scheduled for release by the end of this year. Thanks for your interest in becoming a Tribevest user and investor! Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have additional questions. Our team is happy to help. :)
2. **What is value added for investor in next few years? What is your strategy to develop the platform?**
 - Hi Alghamdi! The investment in Tribevest provides a certain percentage of the equity of the company. This equity percentage provides the investor the right for their proportional share of profits, dividends (if declared) and, if Tribevest is acquired, the proportional share of proceeds received from the sale. We’ve taken a “tribe driven” approach to developing out our platform, beginning with the common foundations that every group needs to safely invest together. As our tribes mature and par...
3. **Hi, great concept...! Can you shed some more light on your revenue projections for the next 5-7 years, and have you considered possible routes to exit and expected multiple valuations? Thanks!**
 - Thanks for the question, Felipe! We are currently targeting $3-4M in Annualized Revenue at the end of 2023, with a path to $10M+ Annualized Revenue by mid/late-2025. A few possible routes to exit for Tribevest is through an IPO, or through a strategic acquisition. Unfortunately, valuation multiples are highly variable depending on the public and private markets at the time of exit, so we can't comment specifically on what we would expect at that time.
4. **Hi not too sound rude, but how is this different than Wefunder?**
 - Hi Luke! Great question. Tribevest is not a crowdfunding platform like Wefunder. We help investor groups (usually with 5-7 people) create what we call a multi-owner vehicle. This includes forming a multi-member LLC, opening an FDIC-insured business banking account, operating documents, due diligence, annual compliance and more. From there, that investor group can pool their capital and use their multi-owner vehicle to transact as an entity seamlessly in any deal on or off the internet.
5. **When does Tribevest close?**
 - Thanks for the question! We will begin closing shortly after we hit our $1M goal.

## Q&A
- Q: Hi, great concept...! Can you shed some more light on your revenue projections for the next 5-7 years, and have you considered possible routes to exit and expected multiple valuations? Thanks!
 - A: Thanks for the question, Felipe!
- Q: Hi Travis - Thanks for answering my previous questions. A couple follow-ups: (1) How is the current macro environment impacting Tribevest? You mentioned 53% of all investments is in real estate. However, real estate market is expected to take a big hit in the next 12 - 18 months. How will you address this risk. (2) What is your current monthly burn rate? Assuming you raise $1mm in this round, how much runway will you have? Any contingency plans to reduce the burn to preserve runway? Thanks again.
 - A: Hi Jeff - Great questions! We are coming off another all-time high month in Revenue, so we think the current market uncertainty highlights the benefits of spreading risk as a tribe across multiple investments. Most of our customers have read Rich Dad and understand that the key to winning in a down market is to have capital ready as a tribe. So our tribes are enthusiastic about a buyers market. Additionally, one of our advantages in the market is that we are deal and asset-class agnostic. So we are not dependent on any one market. We feel fortunate to be in this strong position ahead of our Series-A in the first half of 2023. This round affords us 18 months of the runway without having to slow our growth goals of 20% MoM. We do have contingency plans should we need to preserve the runway and have the option to adjust our strategy and goal to reach breakeven and 'default alive.' Thanks, Jeff, for the great question! LMK if you want to talk some more! Travis
- Q: Hi - Very interesting company/product. A few questions. (1) How do you view Tribevest relative to real estate crowdfunding platforms like Fundrise? Obviously very different models, but if the size of the initial investment is the limiting factor when investing in RE, then the likes of Fundrise solves this very effectively. Plus, I already have a curated list of investment options to choose from. Wondering if Tribevest is an indirect competitor or complementary service. (2) What is the percentage mix breakdown for invested asset classes (e.g. real estate, stocks, private equity, crypto, etc.)? What is the reason for the top asset class? (3) Are you capping this Wefunder raise at $1mm? Thanks in advance!
 - A: Hi Jeff- Thanks for these great questions. Please find my response below: Q1: How do you view Tribevest relative to real estate crowdfunding platforms like Fundrise? A: We see Fundrise as a distribution partner. Many of our tribes do invest in deals on Fundrise and many other deal platforms. Our goal is to turn every single deal (on and off the internet) into a multiplayer opportunity. It won't be long before you see a “Tribe It” button at checkout on all these platforms. Q2: What is the percentage mix breakdown for invested asset classes (e.g. real estate, stocks, private equity, crypto, etc.)? What is the reason for the top asset class? A: To date, 60% of tribes invest in more than one investment type. (this is why the percentages below don't add up to 100%!) 53% Real estate investments (Passive investments multi-family properties syndication, Single Family (Rentals, Flips, Short-term rentals), Vacation homes, and smaller Multi-Family deals) 45% invest in small business ventures, startups, franchises 22% invest in cryptocurrency, blockchain, Web3 technology 10% invest in stocks, 7% invest in collectibles (art, trading cards, horses, cars, etc) 7% invest in “other” Q2a: What is the reason for the top asset class? A: Real Estate is the most simple, most familiar, most proven asset class to build true wealth. It is finally accessible to all by leveraging your most valuable resource, your tribe. Q3: Are you capping this Wefunder raise at $1mm? A: We anticipate going over but will have a hard deadline that will be announced soon. Thanks for the questions, and I hope that helps! Sincerely, Travis Founder & CEO
- Q: Hi, I love the concept of Group Investing & see unlimited potential upside looking when I look at the scale that it can spread & collaborated with different types of Assets to offer under one roof. Tribevest can be in $10 billion Company in next 7 years if executed keeping end user in mind. My questions are below: 1. Are you planning on decreasing the annual membership cost down the road. Every person with an intent to invest to use your platform. Subscription might be a blocker for majority. It's better to scale up & Make money rather than increase the subscription with limited number of users. 2. Are you planning to provide end to end one stop shop from providing services to user on where to invest, Creating Legal Business LLC, Tracking users Return potential analytics, Auditing, Tax filing on behalf of companies & others. 3. Also Can you able to decrease the number of steps while registering the User on his investment appetite for more User friendly (with less clicks) keeping everyone in mind. As you have Mobile app launch plans for this year Thank You
 - A: Thanks for your questions, Mahesh! Love that you believe Tribevest can be a $10 billion company! To answer your questions: 1. There are no plans currently to decrease membership cost down the road. And in many cases, the membership cost is tax deductible. 2. Yes, we are excited to bring additional services to our Tribes and these service integrations are on our product roadmap. 3. We are always evaluating our registration funnel and appreciate your feedback! We take the Lean Startup approach to everything we do and continue to run tests on our funnel to ensure the best user experience.
 - A: First, Brittany's responses are all true. Great job as always, Brittany! Mahesh, let me provide my own quick response to your very savvy & perceptive questions! We agree with you. With Tribevest being such a social and network effects business and platform, scaling up with active users is more important than optimizing revenue. We feel like we are at a low-cost solution now, but as we increase our efficiencies and lower our COGS we will pass that on to unlock more users. Even at our low cost, we currently have unit economics to scale. Yes, we must help our customers throughout their wealth-building journey. And we have built our platform to do this at scale. We are already offering register agent and automatic state filing services and plan to offer bookkeeping and tax services by the end of the year. The key is that those services meet the customer where they are and at a better-than-expected cost. I love this question… our technology is built so that it gets easier to use the more you use it. Let me explain; when you file for your tribe LLC… you must provide certain information. Then when it comes to opening your business bank account, about 95% of the information you need has already been provided. So we leverage that, making it easier for everything service as you go. And so on… Mahesh, please reach out to me if you’d like to talk. Appreciate your thoughtful questions! Travis Tribevest, Founder & CEO

We’ve taken a “tribe driven” approach to developing out our platform, beginning with the common foundations that every group needs to safely invest together. Ultimately we believe that collaborative investing is for everyone and are building a platform that makes it a reality!

- Q: We have heard nothing in over a year. Any updates to our investment in the company?
- Q: I invested $300. Where are my shares?
- Q: Is this wefunder round closed?
 - A: Hi Otto. Yes, our Wefunder round is closed.
- Q: Hello, your gross margins for the past 2 years is pretty low, relatively speaking. Is there a reason for this?
 - A: As an early stage start-up, the first couple of years are as much about product market fit as they are about pricing, and striking the right balance. In order to ensure we were capturing early market traction and share, our pricing was very competitively priced, and our offerings at that time had lower gross margins, in an effort, again, to capture initial market traction and share.
- Q: Hello, just want to confirm that the round is priced at exactly $1.46/share, not been rounded down (e.g., 1.46446894/share). If it's not 1.46/, kindly provide the exact price. Thank you.
 - A: Hello! The price shown is an estimate based on the targeted raise. Once we close, and all investments are finalized, the final share price will be updated at that time. The final share price will have 4 decimals (e.g. $1.4XXX).
- Q: If I were to make a $100 investment , what would be my ownership share or investment. Shares in the company?
 - A: Hi Corey! The investment in Tribevest provides a certain percentage of the equity of the company. This equity percentage provides the investor the right for their proportional share of profits, dividends (if declared) and, if Tribevest is acquired, the proportional share of proceeds received from the sale.
- Q: Hello. Are there any plans to include options for individual to join TribeVest as solo investors looking to JOIN Tribes instead of CREATING Tribes? I have an account on TribeVest but am more interested in joining an established Tribe. Thanks!
 - A: Hi Martin! Great question. At this time we don't have a plan for individuals to join established Tribes. We get asked this question a lot and it is on our product roadmap.
- Q: Hello, are you able to provide more information on the investments made by your institutions/VC, such as amounts and dates invested? At the very least if possible, which round (2018/19/21) each institution came in at? If you can, can you elaborate on your investors at the 2019 round please? Am impressed you were able to secure that much for what was probably pre-rev pre-seed round? Thank you.
 - A: Hi Kim, great question! Unfortunately, the investors, amounts, and dates are not able to be publicly disclosed out of respect for our investors.
- Q: Hello, tagging on to a couple of previous questions: 1) the registrations for the investment vehicles that tribes form (LLC,etc) -- are they in the US? Because you say that currently no foreign investors are allowed to lead or initiate tribes. Or are the registrations/restrictions a function of tribevest as a US corp itself? 2) Have you or are you looking to form investment vehicles based in tax-friendly municipalities/locations outside the US? Because if your vehicles are IRS taxable, you may lose a lot of overseas investors who are legitimately from countries which have tax treaties with the US or lower tax rates/capital gains tax exempt. Just some thoughts,
 - A: Thanks for your thoughtful questions, Kim. 1. Yes, U.S. Only. 2. We are always looking for opportunities, but are going to continue to focus on the U.S. as the market is very large and we have quite a bit more market share to capture. We understand there may be foreign investors that may not be able to form these entities now, but it is always on the radar to look for new and innovative ways to provide access to group investing, not only here in the U.S., but globally.
