It is actually the transitioning into and management of the mass production process. This is especially true for robotics.There is a reason for why no other big suitcase company has even attempted to do what we are doing. Amazon has already approved us to use Alexa for our robot and this will allow users to have a portable robot voice assistant anywhere they go.This feature requires an internet connection and makes it attractive for mobile companies to bundle their data plans with our product. Telecom companies are already interested in selling our robots. They can sell our robots through financing, just like they do with smartphones. Meaning that while they buy from us at wholesale price, they would sell to end users through a two-year contract with a small down payment (depending on the user’s credit history).And because a significant portion of mobile business income comes from mobile data and internet traffic usage, selling the first consumer robot assistant on the market with functionality that enables mobile data use, makes Travelmate a very attractive proposition. To clarify so that there isn’t any potential confusion; Travelmate does not use or need an internet connection to follow you autonomously and fulfill its basic functionality. This is strictly an additional feature that can be added to the robot.The Travelmate also has a built in sim card slot that all major telecom companies can utilize. So now Travelmate can be added to the data plan market space that is currently made up of phones, tablets and some smart watches.We plan to iterate with future versions of Travelmate on a yearly basis. 1. **How do you respond to the abysmal comments on your Indiegogo site where you seemingly have hundreds of upset backers who are very upset with delays and not receiving their products?**
   - That is understandable. Some of the people who backed us on indiegogo are unhappy because we are slowly sending out units to backers. We're in a similar position right now, as Tesla was when they were sending out the first roadsters. We need to purchase long lead time inventory and necessary components in large quantities and that requires more capital than we have on hand. 2. **How do you deal with airline battery restrictions?**
   - Travelmate robots are allowed on all airlines and fully compliant with IATA (international air transport association) guidelines. The powerbank is easily removable from the top. You can see that in some of the videos when you scroll down on our campaign. The battery is also under 100wh and it is allowed as carry on.
3. **On your financials, can you provide the split of how much of the deferred revenue is customer orders versus unfulfilled perks from past raises? I don't understand how can there be at least two years of operations and yet you have only a little cash on hand and a patent(s) as a...**
   - Hi Reese, Our website was internally developed and costs were expenses as incurred. Therefore, no amount has been reported as an asset on the balance sheet. Funds raised have been used to develop the product.  Product development costs have been expenses as incurred. Product development costs have been recorded as cost of sales.
4. **What is the ideal price point for the travel suitcases and profit margin?**
   - Our profit margin is more than 50% and the price to manufacture per unit will go down further, when we scale up the amount of units we make. For now, the price point is ideal at 1-1.5k depending on the unit type.

  - A: Hi Cedric, You would get the same type of return and shares value. The shares valuation is the same, regardless of the amount of shares. If you invest a higher amount, then of course you stand to gain a larger ROI (as well as bonuses for certain amounts). I can give you an example: the people who first invested 1000 dollars into apple or google, are really rich right now. My goal is for our investors to have the same type of results!

  - A: Hi Anete, sure thing. You just need to divide the amount invested by 2 in order to get the shares amount. This would be as follows: 125, 750, 1250, 2500, 5000 and 25,000.
- Q: Max, thanks for your response, but perhaps the key point I was asking went unanswered: how much of your deferred revenue liability is from perks owed from past raises, and how much is from actual revenue generating orders? Of the orders, is there a risk of cancellation if you don’t deliver by a certain date? Considering your balance sheet shows you have not $1 of inventory (not even a spare wheel or suitcase shell laying around?) It seems like any customer prepaying for a future order would have some time expectation before being able to walk away, so curious how much of the “deferred revenue” will ultimately end up as revenue, if any. And again, as your financials say you have no inventory in any state, assuming you have a successful raise here, how long until the liabilities from past raises are satisfied so you can start generating revenue?   - A: All the initial inventory items were included in the total amount of the 'Cost of Goods Sold' (Financials report). In particular, it includes the previously paid price for the inventory necessary to produce pilot mass manufacturing samples previously shipped to some key distributors, backers and clients. This includes molds, tooling, testing equipment, PCBA components and mechanical items. The R&D expenses were also included in the total amount of the 'Cost of Goods Sold'. We have a complete supply and assembly chain for the mass production of the product. To make the product more cost effective, the MOQ for the key components (PCBA & mechanical items etc.) necessary for complete assembly of Travelmate robots should be at least 3000 units. Buying this inventory will allow us to ship to distributors via container and will allow us to fulfill pent up demand for the product. The revenue from the sales of these 3000 units would be enough to fulfill the past raise's obligations and start the generation of sufficient additional revenue. As sooner as we raise enough funds to fulfill order demand, we plan to expand our assembly capabilities and our supply chain. The rate of expansion is contingent on the amount of funds that we have available. We plan to make a minimum of 5k units per month and then expand gradually from there.
