- Q: Hi Ian, I am keen to invest but would like to know more; for example, how, having invested, what will I own? Will it be shares in the company? What class of shares will these be? Are the shares in a private or public listed comoany? If public what is the ticker symbol. If private what communications do you share with shareholders? How do you plan to keep shareholders apprised of your performance? Who are your auditors? How do you believe your investors will share in your success? Do you plan to declare dividends. If not, how will your share price be determined, both today and in future? Should i wish to liquidate my investment at some future date, how might i achieve this?   - A: Thank you for your question, Gizella. With an investment you will receive shares of common stock in Token Metrics Inc, a private company. After our previous round, we have communicated with shareholders via Zoom calls and in-person meetups. Investors will be able to share in our success once we successfully IPO (projection) which is when their shares will become liquid. This round will not include dividends. Share price will be determined based on number of shares outstanding and valuation of the company.
- Q: I pledged 1000 USD, how do I get access to the InvestorPerk?
  - A: Thank you for investing! We will give out investor perks once the round is completely closed and all funds have been collected. Thank you for your patience and we are glad to have you as part of the Token Metrics family!
