   - Hi Lucas; the nature of our business requires us to remain an LLC. TSRC /Musaafer remains a profitable business month over month &amp; the endeavor is to accelerate our debt payoff.
2. **your raise scares me. what will you do if you don't raise much more. just cancel raise?**
   - John, thank you for being one of our early investors and appreciate your trust in us. We remain on-track to open the NYC restaurant next year; thanks to the past and new individual investors. Our goal with crowdfunding is to extend the opportunity to the general public to own a piece of our company.    - Each new location has a build-out cost between 5-7 million $. Location &amp; lease negotiations also play an integral part. Our plan is to open a new location every other year. LA is definitely on the map as the next location &amp; property search will commence by Spring 2022 for a launch towards fall 2023. - Q: great response times! you be surprised with some of these companies smh. i invested cause i love restaurants i would invest more but this would be the only one with no franchises to go with corporate or just franchises. unless you hit homes runs opening one every other year will take forever to grow. especially for investors. i have some we are doing over 40 mil a year cause of the franchises with corporate then obviously the food etc. thanks for your time. when you start opening locations you are going to put a location tab on your website?
