## FAQ
1. **Hi David, Can you please give a bit of a breakdown on your $6,510 per month burn rate, i.e. where are those funds going? Your offering answered my second question which was about release date. I can see you have a realistic 2018 Christmas opening planned. Looking forward!**
   - Barnaby, those funds are going for approximately $6,300 in FaceBook ads, and the rest is for ongoing SaaS/accounting costs. That whole estimate goes out the window when we go into production. Then we'll spend $600,000 in 6 weeks, then another $250k over 3-4 months. Then our monthly costs go down to a few hundred bucks. So the whole burn rate paradigm is not super helpful with a single movie project like ours. And thanks for understanding about the release date!
2. **I was an investor on StartEngine, where you met your funding target, but apparently it was not enough. Now you are raising more funds, here, for the same project. At the same time you are postponing the launch for 2018. I honestly feel very disappointed. This extra funding wou...**
   - Joan, I'm sorry you feel disappointed, but there is absolutely no dilution! I cannot stress this enough -- your ROI will not be diluted. You ask a very reasonable question, and I am very happy to walk you through the reasoning -- which has never changed. Your portion of revenue was and always will be pro rated to the budget of the film, the minimum of which is $850,000. As was explained there, and in the investment documents, we need $850,000 minimum for the entire movie project. We need $600...
3. **Does the fifty percent of net revenues include money made internationally or just domestically?**
   - Joseph, the fifty percent of net revenues includes money from every source, both domestic and foreign. Any way the movie makes money -- you will make money. In perpetuity.
4. **Looking into Tugg, it looks like only 5% of ticket sales goes to the content owner... why is that model preferable to working with a distribution company and what are the chances that I'll be able to see the movie in a theater near me? Also, you mentioned how much you might ge...**
   - Hi, Andrew. With Tugg, the 5% you're referring to is for the Promoter, which is someone who arranges a screening. That doesn't apply to us, as we are the content owners. We would make a minimum of 35% of each screening through Tugg. It's not the only way we could screen theatrically, we could also go with an indie distributor or distribute it ourselves in theatres. As for the likelihood of it being in a theatre near you, it depends on whether or not you live near one of the 20 biggest cities....
5. **I know there's way too many variables to give a concrete answer (and I won't hold you to it) but do you guys have any box office/revenue estimates?**
   - Hi, Dean. That's a great question. Unfortunately, even though we had experts run the numbers on income projections, we're not really allowed to show that publicly. But we wouldn't be spending all our time and money making this movie if we didn't like those numbers. (And remember, we, the producers, don't even get profit participation until AFTER all the investors are paid back 115%.) With those facts in mind, you can make your own decision. Or, as one of our investors put it: "You'd have to m...

## Q&A
- Q: The problem is that this offering is a bad deal for the investors. Yes, it is true that the producer does not get profit participation until the investors have been paid 115% of their investments. However, according to the Financing Agreement, before any investor can be paid anything, no fewer than 13 fees/expenses/amounts have to be paid to various people/entities. These fees/expenses/amounts include out-of-pocket amounts incurred by producer in connection with selling and marketing the film, out-of-pocket expenses incurred by producer in the preservation and storage of the film, and out-of-pocket expenses incurred by producer in connection with the existence and management of producer. Even if all of these fees/expenses/amounts were legitimate, we could have a situation where the investors put up 100% of the film's budget, the film earns gross proceeds, the 13 fees/expenses/amounts (some of which go to producer) eat up all of the gross proceeds, and the investors get nothing. Making the situation worse, is the fact that some of these fees/expenses/amounts are subject to abuse. For example, a producer can take a $20000 vacation to Europe, spend some time talking about the film, and then take $20000 from the film's gross proceeds and say that he's covering a marketing expense. This is what people mean by "creative accounting", and your Financing Agreement provides 13 opportunities for this. Veteran actors Eddie Murphy and Lynda Carter have said that settling for net profits is a foolish thing to do. If you want to give investors a good deal, then set aside 5% - 10% of GROSS proceeds, and give that money to investors on a pro-rata basis. For example, if the investors put up 100% of the budget, then give the investors 100% of 5% of gross proceeds. If the investors put up 80% of the budget, then give the investors 80% of 5% of gross proceeds.
- Q: That Christmas Movie LLC, the company behind "I'll Be Next Door for Christmas" movie is a scam. They robbed their investors in 2017 and vanished with their money. No updates, no response to emails and no one knows if they still exist. They are still listed on Wefunder. After reaching out to Wefunder, all they could say is you invest at your own risk.
- Q: Okay so I was just going over investments. And it seems this one hasn't had an update in almost 3 years? Your telling me the movie which we all know was released as I watched it on Amazon myself years ago, made zero dollars? Or did you just ghost every investor in this project, I believe last time a few investors talked on facebook I was told by one of the casting directors they didn't know anything after they finished the project and the team was ghosting investors and their questions? So I ask again any updates on numbers as I recall you said you had issues for several years releasing it overseas or with distribution. As Yo haven't answered any question form investors in years .. i hope you are blacklisted as this is obviously fraud by now..
- Q: The Wefunder platform is rife with scams like this.
- Q: So as it's been 2 years since the last response for anything, isn't it far overdue for an update? Given that streaming services ballooned in the last 2 years or so thanks to Covid, there should be some data and at least revenue streams from 2019 and 2020 at MINIMUM. To say that there is no news for the last 2 years is ridiculously unbelievable. I think it's safe to say that you aren't impressing any investors, of any size, with the lack of communication. (And lack of payouts after the movie has been out for 3+ years) Even if all you have to say is that the movie was a total flop, and there's no profit from it, we can at least write it off as a loss.
- Q: Years later, how about any sort of update? I have no confidence we'll ever see any movie from this project, but some closure would be nice.
- Q: What is the latest on this project? Do I assume it's dead and need a formal letter for tax write-off purposes??
- Q: How is there still no news in 5 years?
- Q: Any updates?
- Q: What's the latest on this? If I recall correctly, I did not get an update on this for all of 2021 -- if that means the movie made $0, that's fine, just would like to know what is going on.
- Q: Important investment for me here. It taught me to never trust this way of investing again. I'm lucky the cost was so low.
- Q: We all need an update. I have not received anything and need you to email me to let me know what's going on. It looked like maybe I received a file on my phone today but can't find it now. Please send an update to my email address which is adriennecasillo@yahoo.com I am not happy with this experience so far and I doubt I will ever do one of these again. Will have to write negative reviews to warn people. This is not as organized as it should be. We all should be getting updates on a regular basis with some numbers relating to how well this film did financially.
  - A: Adrienne, I'm sorry you've had an unpleasant experience. I saw that you received and opened the September newsletter, which had the latest info. We only send out updates when there is something to report, and alas we simply didn't get much information from the aggregators. It trickled in very very slowly. There is nothing we can do about that. We don't want to send out regulars newsletters that would merely say "There's nothing to report." Believe me, as soon as we get any noteworthy information, we will share it with all the investors! Thanks for your patience.
- Q: wow, just have to say that i am LOVING all of these 10K and the 25K (?) investments that have been coming so often and quickly!!! if i am calculating this correctly david, we are at almost 40% of the goal of 309K. to all of the people that i know who are "followers" please remember that the sooner we get to the goal, the sooner that we all pay less facebook costs and the sooner that this movie will be made and we will be able to get our investments back and start reaping the proceeds!! for the people that were not on the original run on startengine which had much much smaller investors, the last 10 days raised over 100K in less than 10 days. i predict that these numbers are going to grow by leaps and bounds very quickly from what i have seen so please do not regret that you missed out on this ground breaking opportunity!!!!!!
  - A: Yes, Lee, we're at around 40% of our goal. Thanks for your prediction. Indeed we are on track to easily make our goal -- but it's up to investors as to how quickly that happens. And we love your enthusiasm!!
- Q: looks like there will never be a response Oh well lesson learned
- Q: I have not heard from you guys in a while. What is the progress as of now ?
