   - You get the returns/compounded growth and then you’ll be able to trade your shares on the app in 12 months (earliest legally allowed by SEC). So no, no dividends, you get the returns. We may decide to make quarterly distributions once it trades but it’s not in the cards prior to that. We do have a dividend-paying NYCE Airbnb offering for cash-flow investors coming next to have that in the portfolio. TEMPLE I investors (and our NFT holders) get first in line for that one.

  - A: Hey Liesheng, Per the Republic offering, 2020’s TEMPLE I was a development/active offering with a 36-month lockup. This offering gives access to the completed project. Your stake currently sits at around 2x so the returns have compounded, which is due to getting in during the construction phase. You'll be able to exit the investment at the 36-month mark, although we may allow it sooner with the live trading feature we're building in the app. So in short, October 2023. (This offering here has a 12-month lockup, per Reg CF securities law.)
