I'm not doubting you; I'm just hoping you can point me in the right direction to get info about the positive effects.

  - A: Hey Dan! Thanks for all the questions. We are currently closing our $3M round, we've closed $1.8M of it and are closing out the final $1.2M over the next few weeks. We have ~100 private investors. 2) this retail expansion plan is our strategy given our D2C audience size and readiness at this point to start the retail expansion plan (it is a relatively long timeline from starting the conversation to actually being in doors). We are in the conversations with Sprouts and Whole Foods, expecting a late 2024 or early 2025 launch plan. 3) we are on track to become profitable early 2024, this year we cut all of our ad spend so we'll end at little more than our 2022 rev but expenses decreased 60%. 4) Brands we're inspired by are Four Sigmatic and Mud Wtr. The mushroom space is $30B and growing at at 8% CAGR and isn't slowing down anytime soon. We differentiate based on brand, community, mental-health focused mission, and product form factor. Our target audience is also much younger (milleniel/gen z).
