## Q&A
- Q: Any insight available as to 2025 performance and 2026 projections?
- Q: Hello good day , im intrigued to invest in this opportunity ! This looks like a nice long term good investment at a glance . Will the revenue split be portioned out according to how much an investor invests initially? Also are there any current projects that are underway ? ( as well something transparent) Lastly how long will this campaign run for ? And will there be follow up campaigns to come to raise for capital ? Seeing that it’s a real estate opportunity I figured the raise to be for much more funds . Thank you for your time
 - A: Hi Gregory, we're excited to hear you are interested, and glad you see merit in our work! The revenue split is portioned out according to how much the investor initially invests. If you want to see the exact details, you should be able to see how the revenue share loan works on the right side of this screen. Our exact contract should be up soon, but it is essentially WeFunder's standard revenue share contract. --> https://help.wefunder.com/contract/295250-revenue-share Stride has recently been awarded funding from the State of North Dakota for the organization's first project, in Jamestown, ND. We are so excited to be getting started. The project will be 150 units that we are acquiring and rehabilitating. We haven't even had time to write an update yet, you're among the first to know! We haven't decided how long we'll run the campaign, but we are allowed to run it for around 12 more months. I don't have the exact date, but I believe the clock starts when we file our Form C, which we are actively working on with WeFunder.) We aren't sure if we will do future campaigns, but there's a reasonable chance that we will. This campaign was mostly to raise predevelopment funding, these are mostly expenses related to applying for Housing Tax Credits (HTC), which is the biggest barrier for a start-up developer. The reason we don't need more is because the most substantial part of our funding from projects comes from HTCs and traditional debt. That said, we would be happy to accept additional funding and have plans for how we would use it. (Primarily to expand capacity to pursue additional projects more quickly.) Thank you for the thoughtful questions! --Tyrone and the team at Stride

Only thing I don't like is the 3x. I want to be in for the long haul not as soon as I triple my money i kick rocks. I think you would benefit from a video explaining the opportunity. You have audio and visual learners.

- Q: Another year has gone by, how are things looking with regards to the original projected revenue share with investors?
- Q: Hey guys, checking in a year out. Do we have any kind of status update on the Jamestown project, or whether things are otherwise on track for Stride Development with respect to what was originally planned when this WeFunder campaign was launched?

- Q: 1.. So my understanding is that you buy old buildings and refit them as housing units? 2.. Are you guys in the business of building apartments from the ground up & and are you holding on to your finished projects to build a residential portfolio like seen on other startup CF platforms? 3.. Do you have a date set for this offering to close, if so what is it? 4.. How long have you been on Wefunder- just wondering because, J. Webster questioned you about not having a video setup as part of the overview and that message was over a year ago according to the Feb 23, 2023 date stamp. Until I fly up there to see what an investment in your company looks like for myself, it's time and would probably boost investment momentum on this site, if were to show us all videos / pictures of these finished, current and also upcoming project construction sites.
 - A: Hi Edward, 1. We develop affordable housing and mixed use buildings made up of primarily affordable housing. Our Jamestown project is a rehab project, but we also are working on new construction. 2. We do develop (build) apartment buildings. We are different than a typical real estate company in that we don't make our revenue from rents and project performance. We earn our revenue from development fees. We ensure that the buildings we develop are held by a non-profit that will ensure the housing remains affordable indefinitely. Our goal is housing and buildings that are permanently affordable, and that improve the environment and the health of the people living or spending time in the buildings. 3. April 22nd @ 11:59 P.M. 4. We started working on this campaign over a year ago, but I don't have the exact dates. We haven't produced a video. We're a lean start-up, and we've focused our work on pre-development of projects. It's on our radar to do things like produce PR and communications materials beyond what we've done so far, but we haven't yet done so, in part because we wouldn't want to put out something that didn't meet a high quality standard. It's a good suggestion. We agree that there would at least be some marginal benefit to producing a video. Thank you for your questions and interest!
