Company Profile (AI Text) Name: Stewbum & Stonewall Brewing Co. Canonical URL: https://wefunder.com/stewbum.stonewall.brewing Updated at: 2026-06-02T05:00:14Z Tagline: Brewing unique craft beer on the island of Oahu Elevator pitch: We started by brewing single kegs in a  small manufacturing facility on Oahu. A year later, we gained popularity and opened a small tasting room. Still, we maxed out our system in less than two years. Now, we've sold off all the equipment in our first location and are expanding into a new 2,800 square foot brewpub space in downtown Honolulu. Our lease is signed, our brand new brewing equipment is on site, and we’re eager to re-launch in the fall and get our beer back into our customer's hands. A: Aloha Melissa, Correct. All of the perk levels are cumulative. So, whatever level you invest at, you get the swag/perks for that level and all levels below that level. I hope this helps! - Q: Do you have a projected revenue earning for the first 12 months after opening? A: We are projecting revenues for the first 12 months after opening to be between $500k and $800k. Of course, these are simply projections. Thanks for the question! - Q: For a $10,000 investment, do you have a projected timeline of when that money will be paid back to the lender? A: Aloha Ken, Our projected timeline to pay back our investors is somewhere between 3 and 5 years. Payments are made each financial quarter. The overall amount we pay back each quarter is 10% of our revenues earned during that quarter. All of the WeFunder investors are paid back over the same amount of time, regardless of their investment amount. Thank you for your question! - Q: What was your monthly net profit from your windward location? What cash reserves are you hoping to have upon opening? Finally what happens in the unlikely event an entire batch is unsellable, how can you recover? A: Aloha Andy, Thank you for the questions. You can take a look at our financials here on WeFunder found at the bottom of our page I believe. We’re hoping to have about $75k in cash when we open. In our old location, if we ever would have had a “bad batch” it would have hurt us pretty bad. Mainly because our brewing system was so small and we were running it at capacity. In our new location, our brewing system is much much larger. It is important to note that in our old location, the only revenu... - Q: Compelling. I am putting in some now and may do more. Some questions first: 1. Can you give details on the permitting and licenses you have (construction, food, alcohol) and what you need to get, and any potential obstacles? 2. You are projecting revenue to go from 10K-50K, wh... A: HI Alan, Thanks for the questions (and the contribution!). As far as the permits and licenses go, we already have the two most critical (and time consuming) licenses. We have our liquor license from the Honolulu Liquor Commission as well as our brewers notice from the Tax Trade Bureau division of the ATF. The brewers notice is essentially our federal license to manufacture alcohol in the United States. We're awaiting our building/construction permits from the city and expect those in the next...
