1. **1) Can you provide a link to your Form C/Financials? 2) The business plan notes average sales of $250K for the past three years? What was the profit/loss during those years? 3) What is the anticipated revenue for 2021 and beyond? 4) Do you expect to have any excess capacity at...**
   - Thanks for the questions, Kevin: 1) Can you provide a link to your Form C/Financials? We have not filed the Form C yet, and our reviewed financial statements will be posted soon. I believe they will both get posted at the same time. 2) The business plan notes average sales of $250K for the past three years? What was the profit/loss during those years? I don't believe I can discuss this until the financials are posted, but I'm looking forward to explaining. 3) What is the anticipated revenue f...
2. **After my investment reservation, how will i receive my investor perks cases of water?**
   - Hello! Thanks for your investment. We appreciate your support. This is all new to us, but as soon as we get the information from Wefunder we're sending out the perks. We can't wait to provide Positivity to Positive people.
3. **What do I do if my bank/credit union is not listed when I try to link, even when I use the search function?**
   - Thank you for trying to invest. We are thankful you're joining the journey. Now that the Form C has been filed, you should have an opportunity to invest with more banking options.
4. **I'm not sure I understand the benefit for those outside of Atlanta? How do those outside of Atlanta get that "deposit" back? For example: I'm in Michigan, if I get a case of water, I can't return those bottles for deposit in Michigan unless you're getting national distribution...**
   - We have two divisions. A distribution division for our national brands that do not have a bottle return because of the issues you named. We do hope the industry gets on board where we all accept each other bottles. Our other division is to build a regional facility that - as you mentioned - will be for local drinkers and therefore easier to implement our bottle return policy. We plan to build similar plants across the country. Thanks for spending the energy to engage with us. Good question.
5. **The water business is a crowded market. How do you plan to approach the crowded market different? Will the manufacturing cost help reduce your cost of goods sold? My second home is Atlanta. What incentives have the city offered to have the plant in Atlanta?**
   - Hello Willie. Bottled water is a crowded market. In terms of our current brands, we have sales brokers who are competing on a price basis for our purified and spring brands. We are focused on markets that are close to our co-packer's bottling facilities, thereby saving on freight and getting competitive pricing in a commodity business. In terms of our bottling facility - to be built - yes, our cost of goods sold will go down significantly because of the efficiency in bottling ourselves versus...

## Q&A
- Q: David, Thanks for your response. Looking at amount raised so far $236k and comparing with target of $4.6M, looks speed of fund raising is very slow. Is there any phone number or email id of yours to discuss in details about the slow response of fund raising and how it can be speed up.
  - A: Thanks Ashutosh. The prices to raise the full amount will take time. This project has taken 6 years to get this far and my favorite movie is Shawshank Redemption. There is plenty of time and private equity firms waiting. We're convincing people and there's more news and investors coming. We'd love to have you on board.
- Q: I'm not sure I understand the benefit for those outside of Atlanta? How do those outside of Atlanta get that "deposit" back? For example: I'm in Michigan, if I get a case of water, I can't return those bottles for deposit in Michigan unless you're getting national distribution, which I may have missed in documents. Otherwise, the closed loop is more like a closed region and the sales potential will have a lot of difficulty really expanding. What am I misunderstanding?
  - A: We have two divisions. A distribution division for our national brands that do not have a bottle return because of the issues you named. We do hope the industry gets on board where we all accept each other bottles. Our other division is to build a regional facility that - as you mentioned - will be for local drinkers and therefore easier to implement our bottle return policy. - Q: Hello, Is there a way for investors to know about updates with StarWalker? I have invested a couple months ago and wanted to know the best way to stay up to date. Or is it all through WeFunder?
  - A: Hello Bobby. We finally have our final investor list and emails. All communication will be through email going forward. Thank you for being an investor and we're glad you're on #TeamPositivity.
- Q: Will there be another investment round?
  - A: Hello Branden. We do not have another round planned at this time. Thanks for reaching out.
- Q: Now that the company's financials are available, I was hoping to revisit some of my earlier questions - specifically: (1) What is the anticipated revenue for 2021 and beyond? (2) What’s the exit strategy?
  - A: Based on first-half sales, our anticipated revenue is $500,000 - double last year. In terms of an exit strategy, this investment is a long-term play. Each investment will convert to shares that will issue dividends when the company is profitable. At some point, StarWalker Industries will either go public (where you can sell your shares) or be bought out by another company (in which case your shares will be sold as well). I don't expect an exit in the next 3 years, but you never know.
- Q: Hello, I'm moreso interested in the ethos of this company. And actually believe that centering that message would be more beneficial to your target audience. Could you please speak on the environmental impacts of your operation today, projected, and materials of the product?
  - A: Thanks, Marqel. Ethos? - I had to look that one up.. "Ethos" is a Greek word meaning 'character'. In terms of persuasive language, it is an appeal to authority and credibility. Ethos is a means of convincing an audience of the reliable character or credibility of the speaker/writer, or the credibility of the argument. Nice. I think our ethos is certainly centered around corporate responsibility. Water is a human necessity. Bottled water is a convenient way to deliver that necessity. StarWalker Industries believes that water bottlers should provide access and incentives for water drinkers to return their bottled water containers and create a closed-loop recycling system. Currently, there are no plastic water bottlers offering cash to return their plastic bottles - we will.
- Q: Hi I reside outside the USA can I invest
  - A: Hello Paulette, thank you for being a positive person. Let me look into that and get back with you. I appreciate your energy. Here's what I found from Wefunder's FAQ: "We have investors from all around the world! With a few exceptions, we accept investments from international investors, as long as you represent that you are complying with the law in your country. Here's a step-by-step guide on investing from outside the US. The only exceptions are the Provinces of Quebec, Ontario and Alberta which have requested that we bar their residents from investing." https://help.wefunder.com/154992-linked/international-investor-guide
- Q: Attorney Walker your fund raising is very slow I understand why. After listening to your investor panel interview I still have a problem with your puff evaluation.
  - A: Thank you for your feedback. We love our investors and our current fundraising. I'm very happy. Remember, the convertible note converts at the valuation of the Company at the time of final funding. If the final valuation is lower, then the current investors will receive that better valuation. It will work itself out. This is a long play investment.
- Q: how many shares do you get for $1000? didn't see price per share?
  - A: Hello Eric, the number of shares will be determined in the future when the Company raises money to build the closed-loop facility. Until that time, the $1,000 will accrue interest. You are still considered an investor. As a perk, a $1,000 investor will receive a free case of Positivity Alkaline Water every month for 3 months!
- Q: Hello David , Thanks for your response. How much maximum amount you are raising in this round. How much money you need to setup the bottle plant? Are you also raising funding through any VC?
  - A: Hello Ashutosh, the maximum we raising is $4.6M - that's the amount need to capitalize the distribution division and contribute as equity toward the financing of the plant. The total cost of the plant is $13.6M. Once we complete our equity crowdfunding, then we will consider funding through a VC if don't reach our max. Good questions. You're a positive person.
- Q: I understand that you are raising $1.07M to start the production in Atlanta plant. Do you have any production unit already in place and adding new unit or this will be your production plant? Does your product already available in market like Costco, WalMart etc. What is your current financial situation at the moment and how long you can survive without this financial funding.
  - A: Hello Ashutosh, thank you so much for your energy and email. Our current production is done through a co-packer. They bottle and label our water. We handle the marketing and freight. Our current products have national distribution. Our Positivity Alkaline Water is in CitiTrends - a publicly-traded company with 500+ stores. Our Integrity Spring and Integrity Purified are currently distributed across the nation to independent distributors - no big-box chain. We would like to build a plant and bottle our own water to give us a bigger growth capacity. Our current brands are profitable and cover our expenses, however, I have been allocating the income to the growth of Positivity Alkaline Water into new markets because the margins are much stronger. Funding is not necessary to our survival as a distribution company, but it's critical in terms of growth and the ability to bottle our own water.
- Q: How soon after I invest do I get the paperwork to sign from wefunder? The money was taken out and put into the company about a week ago and still have not seen anywhere for me to sign anything. Also will that paperwork be sent to my email or how does that work?
  - A: Hello Deron, once you establish a Wefunder account (that's where your money was transferred), then you have to complete your investment in StarWalker Industries, Inc. You'll have to add StarWalker Industries, Inc. to your portfolio, then click "Confirm Investment" - they will ask you for your personal information to complete the paperwork. This is all new to us, so we think that should confirm your investment with StarWalker Industries, Inc. and not just held in a Wefunder escrow account.
- Q: The water business is a crowded market. How do you plan to approach the crowded market different? Will the manufacturing cost help reduce your cost of goods sold? My second home is Atlanta. What incentives have the city offered to have the plant in Atlanta?
  - A: Hello Willie. Bottled water is a crowded market. In terms of our current brands, we have sales brokers who are competing on a price basis for our purified and spring brands. We are focused on markets that are close to our co-packer's bottling facilities, thereby saving on freight and getting competitive pricing in a commodity business. In terms of our bottling facility - to be built - yes, our cost of goods sold will go down significantly because of the efficiency in bottling ourselves versus using a co-packer. We have not identified a specific location in Atlanta, but we have several options. Each option has its own incentives, mostly associated with opportunity zones and new market tax credit. We do, however, have a strong relationship with InvestAtlanta and when the time is right, we feel we get additional support. You need to come back to your second home. Atlanta misses you. Thanks for the questions! Have a fantastic day.
- Q: What do I do if my bank/credit union is not listed when I try to link, even when I use the search function?
  - A: Thank you for trying to invest. We are thankful you're joining the journey. Now that the Form C has been filed, you should have an opportunity to invest with more banking options.
