2. **Got to say I'm highly disappointed. Supported you in last round at 5.5m valuation. Now early bird here is a 5m valuation. Why bother investing only to see I can come in at 10% less 7-9 months later? Should really think about your shareholders. You've lost me as an investor.**
   - Hi Kim, I believe it is pretty standard on equity crowdfunding to offer a discount as an incentive to early investors. We had the same early bird offering when we had our Republic campaign.    - Hi Aaron, I spoke with my legal counsel, and he advised... technically, the SAFE does not presently qualify for QSBS, but when the SAFE converts into actual capital stock of the Company, we expect it would qualify for QSBS, and will make representations and warranties that it qualifies at that time. Thank you for the exciting work you’re doing. I have a question regarding the tax advantaged status of this investment. Do you know if your company and this investment qualifies as a QSBS (Qualified Small Business Stock) in regards to U.S. tax code sections 1202, 1045, and 1244? If yes, is it possible to get any documentation to be able to demonstrate this for if in 5 years I take a profit and want to be tax exempt for an investment with a QSBS?
