  A: Hi Aaron, I spoke with my legal counsel, and he advised... technically, the SAFE does not presently qualify for QSBS, but when the SAFE converts into actual capital stock of the Company, we expect it would qualify for QSBS, and will make representations and warranties that it qualifies at that time.
