We're Coming To The 'Burgh

## Elevator pitch
We've been brewing and packaging beer since 1995. In fact, we were the first craft brewery in the region to produce cans for sale, which are now sold in 6 states and DC. We have two brewpubs now and are days away from opening our third location in Wyomissing. We have positioned ourselves for aggressive growth in 2019. This expansion will include two new locations in the Pittsburgh area - the historic Terminal Building Redevelopment Project and at The Point, the tip of the "Golden Triangle."

   - 1. The source is the revenue from the two Pittsburgh restaurants. 2. We will on administrative overhead as well as economy of sale on cost of food and beverages, transportation.3. - This is for the two Sly Fox locations in Pittsburgh. The leases are in the name of our two brewing companies, Sly Fox Brewing Company, Inc. and Chester County Brewing Company, Inc. and this Wefunder raise is for the restaurant management company that was formed to run the two Pittsburgh locations. The leases are guaranteed by the corporate brewing companies and there are no personal guarantees. There is no conventional financing for the Pittsburgh projects all capi...

## Q&A
- Q: Hi John, are any updates forthcoming? The recent news of a health code violation and the Highline location being listed for lease are of concern, especially given that we have not been provided any correspondence in about 20 months now. Thanks.
- Q: Can we please get an update and some financials? The last update was a year and a half ago.
- Q: Whats the expected yearly return on a $1000 investment?
- Q: Do you have an idea of when you will have the kick off party? Approximate month will suffice for now. I have to make plans so I can be there. Thanks.
- Q: Is the 15% investor discount card a lifetime card?
- Q: Congrats, on going forwarding with your next location. Hereunder are my questions: So, are your other locations profitable? What's your gross & net profit (to owners)? If the raise for other locations were similarly through wefunder, then when did you start paying the revenue share after close? Other than the profit do the owners also take a salary? Is there a proforma for the offering?
  - A: Arun; Thanks for reaching out, we have two locations (Pottstown & Wyomissing) that are using the same concept as that which we will be using in the two Pittsburgh locations and they are both profitable. We will start payments following the first quarter in which we are open. We anticipate the Downtown Pittsburgh location opening in August and the South Side location opening late 2019/early 2020 The owners receive a salary from an affiliated company. If you would like more information please send me an email to johng@slyfoxbeer.com and I will send you a brochure that explains ROI based on projected returns.
